Over two decades of healthcare IT experience and strong industry relationships enable ST Advisors to identify and connect you and your management team with partner and acquisition candidates that have the best strategic and overall fit with your business and goals.

A Trusted Advisor and Coach

We begin business development engagements with a joint strategy session to enhance our understanding of your company, its current solutions, value proposition, competitive landscape, and organic and inorganic growth strategies. Then, leveraging our extensive industry knowledge, experience, and relationships, we develop a rich target list of potential partners and/or acquisition candidates that align with your strategic growth objectives. Working closely with you and your team, we then use a set of mutually determined criteria to evaluate partnership and acquisition candidates in terms of alignment with strategic goals.

Once we have identified top candidates and agreed upon the right approach, ST Advisors will contact some or all of the targeted companies to determine interest and strategic fit. We then facilitate introductions as appropriate.

From then on, we can be as involved as you want us to be, depending on your goals and the availability of your internal resources. Many times clients request that we participate alongside management as part of the deal team. In these instances, we take a more consultative role vs. that of an investment banking-style “buy-side advisor.” We help with diligence, attend management meetings, and add our voice and experience to those of your team in assessing each opportunity. In addition, should a partnership or acquisition take place, we will work with you in positioning the opportunity to your board and outside investors. Throughout the entire process, we are available to you and your team to serve as both a sounding board and advisor, bringing more than twenty years of involvement in the HCIT sector to bear on whatever issues or questions arise.
