Our business development engagements begin with a joint strategy session with management, so we may fully understand your organization, its current solutions and financials, value proposition, differentiators, and competitive landscape, as well as the company’s growth plans and strategic challenges.

Once we’ve reached consensus on the ideal acquisition or partnership target profile, we leverage our industry knowledge, experience, and relationships to develop a rich list of potential acquisition or partnership candidates for each of the capabilities / market sectors that align with your strategic growth objectives.

Working closely with you and your team, we then evaluate partnership and acquisition candidates against mutually determined criteria that ensure alignment with strategic goals. Once we have identified top candidates and agreed upon the right approach, ST Advisors will approach the targeted companies to determine interest and strategic fit, facilitating introductions as appropriate.
