ST Advisors supports leading financial sponsors and corporate strategic investors as they focus on potential platform investments. As a complement to a sponsor’s traditional market work, we assist the sponsor to create a post-acquisition inorganic growth strategy and a target opportunity identification process, with particular attention paid to 12-, 24-, and 36-month potential actionability of target assets.
ST Advisors’ goal is to enable our sponsor clients to submit a deep, actionable inorganic growth plan to its investment committee as part of their internal review process, up to and including discussion of the ultimate exit strategy. In addition, we also assist with expert diligence to augment the sponsor’s work to date.
